blend shape problems...

Has anyone else been running into this problem? The original head, after I create blend shapes moves away from the body.

checklist:

-bind skin weights
-make sure everything is working
-complete blend shapes
-have all sound shapes for mouths(refer to lip syncing chart)
-facial expressions
